Project with Immigrants and Health Providers

We are recruiting volunteers to help immigrants access the health care system through e-health technologies. If you are a:

• Resident of Canada for 15 years;
• English/French language proficiency;
• Arabic, Punjabi, Tamil, Urdu, Guajarati, Hindi and Bengali language is an asset;
• Responsible and available for the period October 2015- March 2016;
• At least 1 year previous experience working in a volunteer organization; working with minority populations an asset;
• Access to reliable transportation (e.g. personal or public transit);
• Completing an online training.

Volunteers would receive a certificate for volunteering and training.
