Fareed Ayaz & Abu Muhammad Ensemble are masters of Qawwali Sufi music. They belong to the Qawwal Bachon ka Gharana of Delhi, a music school founded in the 14th century that has retained its reputation to date.Weaving together devotional and secular traditions, Ayaz and company have been bringing South Asian music to international audiences for over thirty years: they performed in the United Kingdom, U.S.A., France, Germany, Italy, Holland, Portugal, Austria, India, Kenya, Nepal, Zimbabwe, Bangladesh, Croatia, Turkey, Morocco, Greece, Egypt, Bulgaria, Tunisia, Belgium, Iran, U.A.E., Saudi Arabia, Jordan and many others.
